Collaborated with the product and operations teams to refine user flows, reorganize information, and enhance communication between pediatric offices and families.
Canid is a New York–based healthtech startup focused on optimizing how pediatric offices manage vaccination programs. As the platform expanded, the team needed to improve the way information was displayed and shared between doctors, nurses and families, ensuring a clear, consistent and trustworthy user experience.

Collaborating with the product and operations teams, I redesigned the visual structure of the platform, creating a scalable design system and reorganizing key workflows to simplify daily use. The new design improved readability, communication and visual consistency across every screen, aligning the product’s interface with its mission to make vaccination management simple and reliable for pediatric practices.
